About Eldestify

One place for everything about caring for your parent, shared with your siblings.

What we do

A shared care workspace for the family. A single medication list that is actually current with interaction checking, appointment calendar with notes from each visit, a document vault for advance directives, powers of attorney, insurance and identity documents, a shared task list with visible ownership so effort is distributed and seen, and a care journal. Plus guided navigation for the decisions families face blind: assessing home safety, understanding what insurance covers, choosing between home care and assisted living, and preparing for a hospital discharge.

Who we built it for

Adults aged 40 to 65 coordinating care for an ageing parent, usually alongside a job and children, often at a distance and usually with siblings who disagree. Also employers offering caregiver support as a benefit.

The problem

Caring for a parent means managing medications, six specialists, insurance, legal documents, home safety and money, usually with no training, while one sibling does eighty percent of it and resents the others.

Information lives in one person's memory and text messages, so a hospital visit means reconstructing a medication list from photographs of pill bottles.

The one promise

The free tool on this site is genuinely free and genuinely useful. It does not withhold the answer behind an email form, it does not degrade after a trial, and it does not exist to harvest your data. If it helps you and you never pay us, that is a fine outcome.
